      ANNUAL REPORT – 2021 -2022

Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani – Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.

In simple terms it means: Keep on performing your duties without expecting any reward in return, leading a selfless life – this is what it is all about.

Aryan Public School is an upcoming CBSE Sr. Sec. School with 5 acres of land and lush green campus with 1000+ scholars. It is promoted by Aryan Educational Society, Ajmer. The Society has been imparting Quality Education in Ajmer since 1996.  Aryan Educational Society is already managing various institutions like Jack and Jill Pre School, Aryan College, Nursing College and Aryan Pvt ITI.

The school currently has 1000+ scholars on roll from class Nursery to 11th spread over 26 digitally equipped smart classrooms, 45 trained and qualified teachers, 7 members in the administrative staff and 13 multitasking staff members. The school has given a perfect platform to provide a bright future for the 25% of the students who have been admitted to class 1 under Right to Education Act-RTE to serve the unserved. 

“The most beautiful moments in life are moments when you are expressing your joy, not when you are seeking it.” Annual events are the right time for our children to express their Joy by showcasing their year round learning and hidden talent. It's a time for celebration and recognition of the students as well as the school's achievements. Today it's the most significant day in the history of APS as today is the First  Annual Event after receiving Sr Sec affiliation and Sixth Annual Day today.

In these Six years and we in our infancy stage were just about to take flight to soar heights, not only us but the entire globe faced serious threat and uncertainty regarding the future evolved with advancement of the pandemic. These early concerns were later overtaken by the fear of financial instability.Here I would like to extend our sincere appreciation for the magnanimity of our Management who supported the Staff , management and all the people who are a part of this organization financially  by providing 100% salaries to the staff, waiving off fees of the students who lost their parents due to COVID-19. 

Academics is the core focus of our school. All the possible efforts were taken care of during these difficult times to ensure academic excellence in our school. Effective training of teachers, constant support for virtual class rooms and dedicated Platform for online classes were implemented for effective classrooms.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to all our stakeholders  and well-wishers for their constant support for our endeavors to ensure quality education for our students.  With all your blessings after receiving CBSE affiliation in the year 2019 , our first batch has successfully started its  academic Journey for CBSE AISSCE -2024. 

Achievements 

Ladies and gentlemen it's really a matter of great pride that our first batch of Class X have showcased a remarkable execution of hard work with laudable 100% result in Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE)Examination 2022, Pradyumn Singh Shekhawat was the Top Scorer, followed by 2 students Lakshita Rathore and Rudra Pratap Singh Rathore scoring  more than 90% marks in different subjects.

Champions are the outcome of the repeated hard work,  consistency and immovability to acquire the peak of not just their own but their trainers and coaches. My heart swells up by apprising that 

Yashwani Rajawat of  XI -Humanities  star of our school ,showed her stellar performance in  64th National level Shooting Championship in 2021. 

Ansh Singh Tak of class  XI Commerce has participated in skating competition under 14-17 Inline Boys category in 2022 and bagged third Position.

Ankit Kumar of class VI B and Kalpna Kumari  of class III B have made us proud by winning Silver Medal and Gold medal in the Kata Category in All India Karate Championship 2022 held at Udaipur in October 2022.

Yuvraj Choudhary of class II B got qualified for Green Belt Taekwondo which was organized by Rajasthan Taekwondo Association on 7th November 2021. I am proud to announce that he bagged the Gold Medal in the First Ajmer District Taekwondo Championship 2021 in the Sub Junior 23 Kg Male Category. He bagged the Gold medal in  Rajasthan Championship Cup Open State Taekwondo Championship and Bronze medal  in 29th Sub Junior and 6th Boys and Girls Rajasthan Taekwondo Championship 2021.

Chanchal Tailor and Harshit Singh the artistes of school have brought laurels  in Inter School on the spot Painting competition held at Khwaja Model School, Ajmer on 13th August 2022 .

Beven Julian Scott  and Netri Jain Debaters of school represented APS in Inter School English Debate Competition held at Maheshwari Public School, Ajmer on Nov 4th-2022.

Our students of class X Netri Jain, Pracheeta Shekhawat, Yuvraj Singh , Sejal Agrawal and Harwardhan Singh had special contributions  in MUN in collaboration with India International School,Sitapur , Jaipur.

My sincere appreciation to our teachers Ms Shivani Bhargaya, Ms Maya Sharma and Ms Neelam Gaur who were ranked in top 20 in the quiz conducted on National Education Policy 2020. The Quiz unraveled over the span of 13 days witnessing over 1700 participants across the country  and was conducted by Global Talk education foundation to empower teachers to study the document. 

 I appreciate the efforts of all our teachers who have empowered themselves by regularly attending training through online platforms of DIKSHA , Eklavya programme and CBSE.

 PROSPECTIVE PLANS

We are on a fast expansion of our school in terms of infrastructure and academic facilities

Establishment of Laboratories :

 International Assessment:

We are on a rapid expansion plan for the school. The entire building will come into the possession of the school soon and we will be able to accommodate more than 2000 students in the years to come. Similarly, our School APS is going to have full-fledged sports complex which would include variety of indoor and outdoor sports like Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Skating, Swimming Pool, Table Tennis, Tennis, Kho-Kho, Softball, Football, Cricket, 600 meter Athletic track and other range of facilities in time ahead. The Centrally Air Conditioned Auditorium with 500 seating capacity will enhance the overall functioning of the school. Another feather in the cap of APS will be an open Air theater with the capacity of almost 800 participants together. I am delighted to bring it to you all that the most sought-after School of Art and Music will come true very soon altogether in a new dedicated building to nurture latent talent of children of this very special area of interest. Additionally, a multi-purpose stage with facilities of Green Room and Change room will add value to the various programs being conducted on a day-to-day basis. In the very recent development I tell you that the construction of 7 classrooms on the third floor we have already started which will be ready by the end of December 2022 to accommodate almost 250 students more from the upcoming academic session 2023-24.

With these upcoming infrastructures, I am sure we will be able to deliver the best possible education to our scholars. Our scholars will exhibit exemplary performance in all the domains of their personality. Our education would be modern blended with tradition.
